Shipping Details

We have an extensive in-stock selection of all items available through our site allowing for us to ship your order same day or next day Monday through Friday for most orders. Occasionally, we may have to delay the shipment of your order, but we will always contact you as quickly as possible if that is the case. If you need same day shipping, we suggest you call to place your order to make sure we can swing it for you. 

In summary, all in-stock items will be shipped within 2 business days (Mon-Fri) of receipt of payment, or you will be contacted for instructions in this same timeframe if there is an exception.

Orders paid through money orders ship once payment is received and has cleared our bank. 

Shipping Costs for Domestic Orders:

  • Standard Mail (USPS or UPS--most packages arrive within about a week of leaving our warehouse, but it can be up to 2 weeks in some cases according to USPS policies): Flat Rate $5.00
     

  • Priority Mail (USPS or UPS faster delivery methods to arrive in approximately 2-3 business days of leaving our warehouse): Flat Rate $10.00
     

  • Hawaii & Alaska Priority Mail Upgrade (highly recommended): Flat Rate $10.00

As a general rule, lightweight orders will ship USPS. Heavier orders will ship UPS. A tracking or delivery confirmation number will be emailed at the time your order ships. 

If a package must be shipped to a Post Office Box, to an APO/FPO address, or otherwise must be delivered using the USPS, customer must agree to additional shipping charges if actual shipping is above flat-rate charges.

 We will send an email confirming these charges before putting them through, but PO Box packages will not be shipped without surcharges being paid

If a package is returned or found to be undeliverable due to an incorrect address being given by the customer or if a customer changes the shipping address after mailing, the package will not be reshipped or intercepted (if even possible) until the customer has paid the additional shipping charges.  These will be billed at actual shipping rates, not by our flat-fee schedule.  Any refunds issued will be minus the actual shipping and fees we paid.

Baby Cotton Bottoms does not accept responsibility for packages once they've left our hands to the USPS or UPS.  If you wish for shipping insurance to be added to your order, we'll be happy to do that.  Just contact us

If a customer is not available or does not sign for a package shipped, we will not re-ship the order until actual shipping costs and any additional return fees are paid and any refunds issued will be minus the actual shipping and fees we paid.

Money Order

If you prefer to pay through a money order or check, please add items to cart as usual. The checkout has an option for payment through check or money order. Your order will ship upon receipt of payment. 

All money orders must be received
within 10 business days
of purchase.

Information Privacy

Your privacy is our concern. Baby Cotton Bottoms will never sell or give away your contact information, ever! That's just not cool.  We hate spam and wouldn't want our own information ever sold or shared, so we wish to treat our customers and friends with the same respect.  So if we ever need to share your information, like to help you with a warranty issue or similar, it would only be with your express request and permission. 


And Dani is just a stickler for credit card payment information security.  Seriously, she is kind of nuts about it.  So rest assured that we take highest priority with the trust you place in us with your personal information and credit card payment info.  We are like Fort Knox! 


International Orders

We gladly process orders from around the globe. Shipping costs vary for international orders and can be quoted prior to placing your order.  A quote is only an estimate.  Most of the time, you are better off simply placing your order securely online and we will add actual shipping charges to your final invoice after your order is packaged and ready to ship.

If you decide you'd rather have a quote prior to placing an order, you may fill out the form at the link below to share the details of what you'd like. We will email you a shipping quote for your order. Then if you decide to go forward with the order, you can order securely online and choose "International" when checking out....shipping costs will be added by us at the time of shipping based on the quote we provided.
