Note: We've gotten a lot of feedback from our customers, and in general they have found that this new styling is running rather large. So if your baby is near the lower end of a size range, they likely need to size down for a good fit. This is especially true in the small size--small fits for a lot longer than the size chart says, but it is too big for an average newborn. OUR FUZZI BUNZ ARE ALL GENUINE FROM MOTHER OF EDEN and MADE IN THE USA. WE DO NOT CARRY ANY CHINA-MADE FUZZI BUNZ! (The microterry inserts are all made in China, though.) Months Used = 10I have used these for 10 months and am really not all that happy with them. The inside liner has pulled away from the waterproof backing and the snaps are really hard to get to stay shut anymore. I would recommend saving yourself some money and buy the Happy Heinys. They work better (velcro vs. snaps) and wash after wash come out great. I will say that I haven't ever had a leak with these but they are not the diapers I reach for first. --Liz 1/09 | Rating = 5 
Months Used = 6I love love love Fuzzi Bunz! We started with the extra-smalls for our preemie baby and they were perfect, then we eased into size small of the old style. She's a tiny thing -- still only 10 pounds, so she actually can wear both sizes right now. I did buy two new style diapers -- and like this site says, they are way bigger than my old smalls. We can't even use them yet because she leaks out of the leg openings. She's a skinny thing -- but still, she's at least 10 pounds, which, according to the size scale should be perfect for the size small. Just keep this in mind when ordering. I haven't tried the new style extra-small, but if they run big also, I would definitely recommend those for newborns. Additional info: I've used the Bum Genius 2.0 AIO, and Swaddlebees AIO, and in my opinion, Fuzzi Bunz is the best. We never have leaks! --S. Freeman 7/08 | Rating = 4
Months Used = 1FB were recommended to us by the birth center where our baby was born b/c of their excellent record with minimal leaking, rash, etc, and ease of use and washing. We purchased 15 smalls and 12 mediums, but when our baby arrived the smalls were too big on her 6lb 8oz body! Even when she hit 8 lbs a few weeks later, the legs were too big and she blew out easily. However, now that she is over 11lbs they fit her, and the reason I give them a 4 and not a 3 is that they wash easily, are very soft (she has had no rash), are adjustable and the extra high rise (which annoyed me at first) gives her room to grow and wear them longer. We use double microterry inserts because she wets heavily, but so far since she's bigger in the legs no leaks. --Julia 7/08 |
