| Product Details | Flushable liners can be used between the diaper and the baby's skin, allowing moisture to pass through to the diaper while preventing solids to soak into the diaper. The liners "hold" the solids to prevent soiling of the diaper which will take the mess out of washing your cloth diapers. Even more, they are completely safe to flush away without harming the environment or your toilet. Imse Vimse flushable liners are an all natural unbleached paper product that are also 100% biodegradable. | Product Review | Rating = 2 Months Used =5We started using these liners when we first started CDing because my husband hates to deal with the mess. At first I really liked these liners because they are larger than some other brands and really seemed to hold all of the mess. Then my son got a horrible rash on his bottom that wouldn't go away. He also got an infection on his penis. We continued to use them in conjunction with the diaper rash ointment so not to ruin the diapers. Finally we just stopped using the liners and the ointment all together. His rash went away on its own. So, like someone else said, these may work for a little girl but they definitely weren't worth it for our little guy. --Meghan | Rating = 2 Months Used =9These worked well for several months. We recently had the problem another reviewer had with regards to little boys. The end of my sons penis was scratched. It was pretty painful for him. We went to the Dr. and he thinks the liners were the problem also. We have stopped using them for our son and just deal with the mess. We are expecting a girl soon and plan to try them with her. --Kristin 9/08 | Rating = 5 Months Used = 13I love these liners, especially when we are away on vacation and I do not have the diaper sprayer on hand for BM's. I am able to flush away the mess and not have to worry about a messy diaper to wash out or smell for days. They really make diaper changing easier. --Amber 9/08 | Rating = 2 Months Used = 6We really liked these at first, but they tend to stick to my baby boy's penis. They are not very soft, and I started to notice little drops of blood coming from the tip of his penis. I took him to the doctor, who thinks that the liners are causing an abrasion near the tip of his penis, making t bleed. We don't use them anymore. Maybe for a girl they would work better. --Becki 6/08 | Rating = 5 Months Used = 4
This product is great! Whenever there is no BM, I wash them about two or three times and reuse them. I wish I would have bought the toddler size, since my baby keeps having very messy BMs and I use 2 sheets at a time. - Fatima 7/06 | Rating = 5 Months Used = 2
Definitely the best liner we have used. They are a great width and length (they catch even the biggest "product" our son can produce). Flushable, durable. A great item to combo with an all in one. - Julia 1/06 |
